1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ZaidiStudio's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZaidiStudio.

ZaidiStudio provides AI automation solutions and services, including but not limited to:

• Custom AI automation development and implementation
• Workflow optimization and integration services
• AI Starter Kit resources and educational materials
• AI Dojo community platform and learning resources
• Consultation and support services
• Pre-built automation templates

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice
• We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major credit cards
• Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of ZaidiStudio and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing our Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Engage in unauthorized access or hacking attempts
• Harvest or collect user information without consent

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAIDISTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZaidiStudio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

15. Severability
